Reach Out to Your Representatives and Demand a Just and Humane State Budget! Currently, the Illinois General Assembly is attempting to balance its budget upon the backs of working families throughout the state. This would include cutting state funding for ESL classes and refugee services, to name a few programs that will be afffected.
